Cancellation Policy

BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
For the purpose of this cancellation policy, the term “Deposit” means the amount sent to confirm your booking/attendance. The terms “cancellation fee” and “admin fee” are at the amount of £100 unless otherwise specified. Discounted rates, early bird specials and any other specials or dicounts are specifically anything outside of the usual Regular Rate.
REGULAR RATES:
When you book using our Regular Rates, these rates are fully flexible and refundable up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the start time of the booking/event/workshop/training.
Cancellations received within 24-72 hours (1-3 days) of the start time of the booking are entirely changeable with a £50 admin fee, but are completely non–refundable. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the start time of the booking are entirely changeable with a £100 admin fee, but are completely non-refundable.
DISCOUNTED RATES & ANY SPECIALS:
Once paid, discounted rates for any booking/event/workshop/training are completely and entirely non-refundable. Only the full Regular Rates is eligible for refund or date change, as per the details above.
Cancellations received within 72 hours of the start time of the session are completely and entirely non-changeable and non-refundable.
Cancellations received with more than 72 hours notice, are also completely and entirely non-refundable but the date may be changed to another time and date at our discretion, and if there is availability, with a £100 admin fee.
This does not apply to bookings where additional multiple professionals were due to be present.
Please remember – all deposits/payments for discounted bookings/events/workshops/training are non-refundable.
If at any point we need to cancel for any reason, you will not need to pay a rescheduling admin fee. We may also offer you a refund (in full or minus a £100 admin fee), depending on the circumstances, and this will be entirely at our discretion.
EXTENSIONS/DATE TRANSFERS:
Once a booking date extension is agreed upon, the booking fee is completely non-refundable, even if it has been made at the Regular Rate. Any and all extensions are valid for a period of 6 months from the original date of the booking, after which time they expire and are non-transferable.
Please also note, coordinating multiple professionals to attend takes time to coordinate, therefore there is only a slim chance that same day or next day requests will be available, with the exception of something specific that has been advertised. If you wish to book multiple people for your event, you may use the online booking system to schedule a Regular rate booking at the time you wish to start, for the duration you are looking for, and send your £300 non-refundable deposit. We will then discuss additional Professionals and the final fee that is due.
PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few things we do not tolerate, which you should be aware when booking with us: drug use, alcohol over-use, physical or verbal abuse, disrespectful behaviour, or bad timing so please do not turn up late. We expect our performers and professionals to be treated with respect, regardless of the service being supplied.
Our performers and professionals DO NOT OFFER SEXUAL SERVICES. Whilst some of our performers offer a more adult-type performances (Burlesque dancers, fetish performers, etc) please understand they do not conduct their performances in the nude, aside of when it is relevant as part of their artistic performance. Please do not request or book an over 18 performance (Burlesque, fetish, etc) if there will be anyone under 18 in attendance.
